- We are looking for a talented, dedicated professional to be a Vietnam-based representative for public college in Canada. The representative (called a “Program Officer” at Canadian public college) will be based in Ho Chi Minh City and will be fully dedicated to representing the institution.
- The Program Officer will be responsible for developing and delivering plans for student recruitment in Vietnam while other responsibilities may include assisting with partnerships, market strategy, brand building, and/or inbound programs. The post-holder will be expected to undertake a considerable amount of travel both in the Canada and Vietnam. The Program Officer role will involve close collaboration with colleagues from the College, and support departments in order to support student recruitment.

* Detailed responsibilities:
- Will provide training and ongoing support via phone, email, social media and personal visits to local agents and representatives of College in the designated Area.
- Will visit educational institutions in the Area to maintain current college relationships and introduce to college any new potential initiatives.
- Will participate in authorized educational exhibitions and shows in the designated Area on behalf of College
- Will store any and all current College marketing materials, brochures and flyers and provide such college Materials to local agents and representatives of College in the Area.
- Will be responsible for the liaison and coordination efforts required to facilitate visits from various College personnel to the Area for recruiting, marketing and educational exchange purposes of College.
- Will represent College in a professional, courteous, and ethical manner at all times.
- Provide assistance to college in designing promotional materials targeted to the market within the designated Area.
* Qualifications Required:
- Fluent English skills, with strong reading, writing, and public speaking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Desire to work on a multi-cultural team in an international environment, and understand the Chinese culture background of company, Chinese speaker preferred.
- Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to work cooperatively with team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong work ethic, communication skills, and organizational and time management abilities
- Desire to work in a fast-paced “start-up” environment
- Interest in learning and contributing to program development
- Visa eligibility (local citizenship): minimum 2 years working experience in International Education filed.
