Customer Support Representative

Were looking for a Customer Support Rep. This person will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Working hour: 10pm - 2am & 12pm-4pm Monday - Friday
Manage all incoming messages
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
JOB LOCATION:
Night shift: At home
Afternoon shift: District 10, Ho Chi Minh City

REQUIREMENT
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to work in a results-oriented environment, both individually and as part of a team
Attention to detail
Good organizational and time-management skills
Eagerness to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
