Customer Service - Sea Export

* Job descriptions:
• 1 years experiences in logistics
• Request booking from carriers & release booking to customer
• Issue Bill of lading, Submit SI, VGM to carrier
• File advance manifest (AFR if cargo to Japan)
• Issue debit note, credit note to client/oversea agent & settle payment to carriers/co-loader/partners.
• Send pre-alert, loading confirmation, P.O.D, shipment report…
• Keep tracking vessel status & updating to customer/agent.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager.

• 1 years experienced in sea export
• University Graduation/ Major: Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economic…
• Good knowledge of freight forwarding & Logistics Field is preferable
