Custom Document Staff

- Receive the import/export documents,check import/export formality for each type of cargo carefully and arrange the suitable full set of documents for custom declaration.
- Co-ordinate with customs broker field departments and related authorities to handle any issues arising with export-import shipments
- Apply C.O and other related licenses.
- Handle incident management and customers inquiries, complaints, claims follow up.
- Verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues.
- Take up additional tasks as required of Company
- Studying/updating local Customs regulation

- Bachelor’s Degree or college Diploma in a business field such as economics, logistics, supply chain management, operation management.
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Customs & Know well about all type of Cds,
- Know well about rules/policies for EPE, Manufacturing and processing type will be advantage.
- Have a full knowledge about taking license for CO, Chemical registration,Quality inspection..
- Ability to take initiative and responsibility
- Good presentation, negotiation & problem solving skills
- Careful,dynamic, hard working and honest.
- Good command of English and Computer/ office software skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook…)
