CONDUCT COOKING CLASS
Pick up guests and guide them through a local market to shop for the ingredients
Introduce the ingredients and explain the dishes in the market tour
Instruct guests to cook their chosen dishes
Take care of guests’ cooking experience in the cooking class
Escort guests to their hotel after the cooking class (when in need)
WORK IN THE OFFICE (under the assignment from the superiors when there’s no cooking class)
Complete tasks assigned from the superiors during the official working time
Deploy follow-up tasks: update guest database, send recipes, ask for review from guests, enhance partnership with hotels, travel agents, implement the customer care programs (appreciation program) etc.
