Collections Systems & Mis Analyst

- Responsibility for ongoing management of Debt Collection Management System and Auto-dialer, providing regular feedback for enhancements, and working closely with vendor for any system fixes and upgrades

- Working closely with Collection Head to support collections strategy and parameter implementation.

- Responsible for production of regular Collections MIS and ad hoc requests to support the business and clients.

- Monitor effectiveness of collections strategies and provide recommendations for improvements to collections effectiveness.

- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines.

- Previous experience in an analytical/system administrator role, within a high-volume transaction-intensive services environment.

- Previous experience in a high volume collections/debt management environment desirable

- An understanding of process improvement methodology

- Advanced level understanding of MS Excel

- Ability to program in SQL

- Ability to think Strategically

- Exceptional communication skills which will allow you to develop strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and statistical skills which you will utilize when solving problems and initiating action

- Highly motivated with the ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.

- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Vietnamese.
