Civil Engineer Leader

- Check design works from sub-con about Water treatment plant: check structural calculator report, architect drawings, structural drawings, and estimation report.
- Mainly in charge of the design work including Structural calculation, Detail Design Drawing for Water Treatment Plant, steel structure, concrete structure, building and others related to Civil and Building works.
- Check/review design drawing and other related Documents. Check loading data from other Departments (Piping, Process, Electrical Dept…)
- Prepare construction plan, inspection and test plan, site schedule… for Site (almost Water Treatment Plant or Waste Water Treatment Plant projects)
- Control site works as Site Engineer of Main Contractor. Safety first, Quality, Schedule, Risk Assessment.
- Make, check, control all document: daily report, site diary, weekly report, inspection report, minute of meeting, as built drawings, testing record, monthly report…
- Working independent skill good, team work skill good. Excellent Communication, negotiation, time control skill.
- Join all meeting (daily, weekly) with Owner, Consultant, Sub-Contractor. Join Site safety patrol.
- Honestly, quick learning, diligent, problem solving abilities. Willing go to site often at Northern and Southern Vietnam.
- Having Construction practice certificate with first-class in Design and supervision. Experience in EPC project.
- Will be assign as civil engineer in a project located in Hanoi City for 1st task.

- Education background: University. Major in: Civil Construction
- Age: From 30 - 45 years old
- Appearance: Uncertain
- Gender: Male with minimum 10 years working experience as civil engineer for Water Treatment Plant or equivalent/similar plants.
***Qualified candidate:
- One who has the experience of supervising work at construction site is preferred.
- Project Management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge and several years working experience in AutoCad, Structural calculation.
- Familiarization of Vietnamese and International Construction Standard/Code (QCVN, TCVN, TCXDVN, JIS, …)
- Understand the Design and Construction Law of Vietnam, construction process and other related procedures for Design and Construction in Vietnam.
- Experience in Joining Water Treatment Project in Northern Vietnam is preferred.
- Experience in Civil Site Supervisor, Site Manager.
- Willing to go Oversea for training and working.
- Other skills:
• Good English Communication.
• Auto CAD
• Other: Revit 2015, Sap 2000, Etab
- Work license: “Chứng chỉ hành nghề thiết kế xây dựng hạng 1” & “Chứng chỉ hành nghề giám sát thi công xây dựng hạng 1”
***Others preferred:
- Around 10 years experienced civil site works. High adaption and capability to work under pressure.
- We prefer the person has a strong sense of responsibility and have ability to lead young engineers.
- Prefer candidates who know Japanese
