- Make annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment plans as required.
- Get recruitment proposals from the director and other departments and verify the recruitment needs (quantity, quality, position of work ...)
- Organize the recruitment: Posting, receiving applications, prequalification, professional interviews, reporting the recruitment results.
- Receive, follow up the probation process, apprentice, internship of the new staffs.
- Make and update recruiting process, HR forms, interview tests, …
- Report about the recruitment cost, recruitment plan, recruitment method for each period, …
- Research the recruitment needs of other companies for the fair competition in recruiting talents.
- Contact with the recruitment service companies, universities, … to find out the good candidate source.
