- Constantly updated the change of Law and policy of the State (Taxation, Import-export, Labor, economy...).
- Working directly with Tax officials in inspection and examination of Tax.
- The representative of the General Director works directly with the State agencies.
- Advise to General Director on Vietnams tax laws and business laws, minimize the amount of tax payable and still comply with the law.
- Ensure VAT recoveries.
- Organization of the accounting system of the enterprise to conduct recording and accounting of economic transactions arising in business operations of the Company, based on continuous improvement and organizational structure of the accounting compliance Ordinance statistical.
- Establish full and timely submit accounting reports, statistics and settlement under the provisions of the State and the Company Charter.
- Planning, organizing, inspection, maintenance and innovation towards efficiency of management accounting profession.
- Organizing dissemination and implementation of timely guidance modes, financial regulations and accounting issued by the State for the operational level of accounting system - statistics.
- Check the preservation and storage of accounting documents.
- Implementation of the plan of training, retraining and raising the level, build team of company accountant.
- Construction the budget, detailed project.
- Plan and provide short-term financial decisions
- Filing VAT return, Independent handling of VAT, Income tax assessment.
- Remitting foreign currency for import advance & other expenses.
- Opening LC for inland and foreign party, bank guarantee for the import & PGB for the purchase, ECGC Policy.
- Processing of Purchase Bills of Raw Material, Asset & Passing Bills of expenses from various departments
- Complete the monthly salary, pay salaries to employees, settle personal income tax with the Tax Department.
- Supervise the implementation of social insurance policies and policies for employees throughout the Company.
- Coordinate with the Board of Management to develop and implement the compensation plan (build and manage the salary scale, wage fund, salary increase process ...) for staffs in the whole company.
- Assist the Purchasing Department to track buying contract and make monthly payable report.
- Assist the Sales Department to track selling contract, make monthly receivable report and collect money.
