* RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with CFO to establish and implement accounting policies and procedures, including but not limited to revenue recognition, cash management and controls, expense approval authorities, depreciation schedules, etc.
- Prepare internal and external reports including:
+ Prepare internal report and external financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
+ Prepare consolidated financial reports
+ Check monthly/quarterly/yearly Tax declaration: VAT, PIT and others
- Ensure appropriate receipts, back-up records and other document is properly maintained and organized
- Work with CFO to prepare the annual budget and to track actual financial performance against the budget
- Work with CFO to ensure effective cash flow management; ensure proper handling of petty cash
- Manage annual audit of financial statements
- Liaise with tax and other authorities as required
- Supervise staff to handle accounting tasks such as tax, financial reports, accounts payable and receivable, sale accounting, shared service cost, payroll, bank account,
- Update law; provide timely and professional advice to the CFO and Board of Directors in all aspects of finance and accounting compliance
- Assist CFO to identify and evaluate the capital needed and investment returns of potential new projects, including acquisitions, investments, and expansion projects as well as preparation of business plan, budgets and forecasts.
