(*) JOB SUMMARY:
Supervisor of HR Outsourcing will lead the small team of HR outsourcing service. The position holder is also responsible for managing all activities related to Outsourcing employees while maintaining the strong relationship with clients to find additional opportunities for business growth.
(*) ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Finance:
_ Lead the team to achieve the set target of the whole team
_Follow up payment of clients
2. Business Development and Customer Services:
_Visit new clients to introduce Talentnet services
_Visit clients to handle request of clients
_Consult clients employment relationship matters, regulations
_Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide quality services as Talentnet standard
3. Process/Function:
_Be accountable for managing team to deliver Outsourcing Service to clients
_Make sure all activities related to the contractors contain Onboarding and Off Boarding Process, Labor Management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy, Insurance, PIT finalization based strictly on TLN standard and process
_Investigate and consult the solution of client questions
_Proceed outsourcing works in compliance with regulations, company polices and function work processes and guidlines
_Take part in corporate projects (if any)
5. Learning & Growth
_Learn and develop by self
_Participate company & function projects to enhance capability
_Participate in seminars for regulations/knowledge update
_Participate or conduct in sharing sessions within or in inter-team
_Provide coaching and developing for team members
_Ensure staffs have development plan and retainted
Major challenges:
_Reach sales target set for whole team
_Handle various clients’ orders simultaneously
_Directly deal and work with different clients
_Manage the team to meet client’s expectation
(*) QUALIFICATIONS & PERSON SPECIFICATION
1. Qualification:
_ Must have a Bachelor’s degree either in HR, Business Administration, English, Economics, Law
2. Experience:
a. Essential:
_ At least 5 years of human resources experience in the field of compensation and benefits with at least 1 year in the management role
b.Desirable:
_ In addition to the above requirements, preferably in other areas in HR management or Service industry
3. Abilities/ Skills:
_ Knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll work.
_ Good knowledge of recruitment skills.
_ Good knowledge of labour regulations and HR common practices.
_ Ability to do multi-tasks, attention to details
_ Proven good customer service skills
_ Good planning, time management and organization skills
_ Good interpersonal and communication skills
_ Negotiation skills
_ Deal with business matters professionally
_ Demonstrate team leadership ability.
_ Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
