- Make export-import documents
- Meeting farmers and suppliers
- Explaining farmers about organic farming and implementing healthy farming practice
- Support during organic farming audit from relevant authorities
- Managing export and import
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
- Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
- Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;
- Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock;
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements;
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
- Feeding future buying trends back to employers;
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Other duties are assigned by the director.

- Salary: 10 - 15 millions VND
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
