Assistant Of Finance & General Affairs

Will support and assist the Office management
- To settle the monthly financial report and share it with managers
- To communicate with Korea HQ to support Vietnam staffs
- To work on administrative affairs of the Office
- To do the financial parts with Chief Representative
- To support Chief Representative to manage the Office

Education: Bachelor degree (Financial field preferable)
Experience: Over 3 years relevant experience
Knowledge: Financial knowledge preferable (at least 1 year)
Foreign language: Fluent English, and Korean is advantageous
Skills: Good Communication, negotiation, and documentation skill
Personality: Responsibility for maintaining company assets, office, and facilities
                     Good relationship with colleagues
                     Honesty with strong ethical values
