Oversee that all cattle are treated well and that all ESCAS requirements are maintained at all times.
Assist with the feedlot operations as directed by ESCAS Manager.
Observe the selection, movement and slaughter of all cattle at the abattoir, ensuring ESCAS is maintained.
Make sure a photo of each animal is taken post slaughter, using a phone app that records time, date and location on the image.
Reconcile the livestock alive at the feedlot on a weekly basis.
Ensure all identification tags are removed from the slaughtered animals and are provided to the facility staff.
Assist the ESCAS Manager with the loading of all photos and data to the relevant Dropbox.
Maintain confidentiality of all information at all times.
