Assistant Director

• Manage, supervise and administer all the activitiy at Director’s office included:
• Assist and guide affiliated units to implement the instructions of Director.
• Organize, manage and monitor the compliance with rules and regulations of the management system at all affiliated units.
• Summarize, report on the operation situation and issues at the schools and departments in the system.
• Manage and plan the implementation of purchasing activities effectively to serve the entire system.
• Support Director in foreign and domestic affairs.
• Perform as secretary cum interpreter for Director in all meetings.
• Manage all staff in Director’s Office including purchasing and admin staff.
• Perform other tasks assigned as the requirement of Director.

• Have Bachelor Degree from the relevant majors.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in the equivalent position, have knowledge in business management.
• Excellent in MS Office
• Fluently in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, Translation work, Interpreter)
• Teamwork skills, ability to work independently
• Excellent in summaries report
• Communication skill with Managers, employees, visitor
• Working time: Monday – Friday
• Location: Long An (company bus from HCMC)
