Architect In Project Department

- Management of design records, approval of drawings
- Planning construction procedures; checking the progress of completion and documents; checking drawings.
- Supervising finishing works; instructing engineers and subcontractors to make sure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained.
- Making sure the aims of the project are met.
- Ensuring that quality standards are adhered to.
- Keeping track of progress and ensuring that the project is on time and on budget.
- Making sure that building regulations, standards and by-laws are enforced in building operations.
- Reporting of daily work progress to Project Manager

- Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience required in construction field of high-rise building, ID work.
- Planning and monitor skills, ability to organize work and project.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Auto Cad, 3D design, Adobe Photoshop…).
- Fluently English skills (Speaking, writing, reading and listening) shall be advantageous.
- Be willing to work overtime.
- Active, responsible, honest, enthusiastic and decisive.
