1. Office Administration for SDT
- Receive and direct visitors and clients
- Support department head in monitoring plans / tasks / activities deadline of SDT
- Support department head in coordinating and maintaining staff leave records, checking business trip requests, payment claims, etc.
- Prepare, analyze regular expense reports of the department and highlight to department head for any attention points
- Collect information from Regional Sales Managers, team heads and other departments for information to compile the presentations and regular reports to EXCO, Regional Office and partners as directed by department head
- Prepare presentation materials and reports in high quality within short period of time
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls for department head
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Prepare reports as directed by department head
- General administrative duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
2. Meeting / Travel arrangement
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Head of Sales
- Prepare meeting agendas and schedules for SDT
- Record, compile and distribute minutes of meetings
- Handle and check travel requests for approval, booking arrangement with HRA and payment requests for department head timely
3. Business support
- Join the task force or committee to organize business activities of the department and events of the Company
- Cooperate with Sales support for business report and documentation and analysis
- Support sales training operation
- Be in charge of translation for SDT
4. Perform any other tasks assigned by department head and BOD
