* Purpose of Position
- Support Office Manager in securing office facilities and daily operation regarding practical issues.
- Assist and support sales activities
* Major Responsibilities and mandates
- Facilitate and coordinate office meetings and event
- Receptionist duties
- Coordination of office supplies and office maintenance in general
- Responsible for keeping a flow in the sales department by easing work processes
- Responsible for assisting the sales managers in making sales budgets, customer pricelists and follow up on leads from exhibitions within the deadline
* Working Tasks
- Answer phone calls, sort and distribute incoming mail & packages, visitor reception
- Assist in creating marketing material in corporation with HQ
- Book hotels and tickets and other administrative tasks for office staff
- Purchase office supply and bills, monthly petty cash report
- Coordinating and participating in sales meetings, department meetings and exhibitions
- Assist Sales internally with orders, quotes, products delivery when necessary
- Follow up on payment from customers
- Assist for arranging of seminars, training and customer visits
