- Translate and draft lease contracts and other, release related matters, manage office leases and office fixed assets, negotiate for the best deals in procuring leases and fixed assets, and enforcing Company policies on assets management.
- Monitor and manage the daily work of contractors and tea ladies to ensure smooth operations of office systems as well as office cleanness and tidiness
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
- Provide stationery and office small tools accurately and timely.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies.
-Analyze operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
- Negotiate with suppliers, stationery suppliers, post services providers, office equipment suppliers etc… to ensure the best corporate rates for the Company.
- Monitor all stores’ licenses applications, renewal/ amendments and submitting declarations of insurance for the stores and company.
- Manage expatriates’ welfare i.e. application for visa, work permits, resident cards, housing accommodation/tenancy agreement, ect…
- Provide administrative support for new store opening
- Carry out, other tasks assigned by the Administration Manager
