05 Sales Officer (English/ Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities:
• Working closely with Manager to formulate and execute business plans.
• Develop core understanding of the product categories and applications for customers.
• Able to identify customers’ problems. Perform full sales function including pre-sales and after sales activities.
• Provide information product application support for customers and distributors.
• Approach to customer enquiries through phone & email correspondence.

2. Good command of written / spoken English, or Chinese language capability, working in shipping line /freight forwarding will be an advantage.
3. Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
4. Good communication skill, customer focused, teamwork and able to work under pressure
