Global Safe Corporation (GSC) was established in 2012 by members of VienthongA (a retail store chain mobile phone ranked second in VN) Chartis Insurance and Pier Insurance. Main areas of activity are Insurance, finance, and real estate management. We initially focused on developing and distributing insurance products for electronic devices. Objects are electronic retail chains. Hence, we have great experience in working with retailers. At the same time, we have provided services of pre-paid claims for small-medium retailers and applied to individual customers’ needs. The electronic appliances were handled such as phones, tablets, laptops, televisions, refrigerators, and air conditioners. In 2015, we provided claims services for Samsung devices including phones, tablets, and televisions. In 2017, we formally participate in real estate management in accordance with the development of the roadmap. Understanding the importance of technology in management, we have invested in building management systems that operate on mobile devices. With the advantage that the unit has a centralized complaint handling center, the system sends automatic notifications via email and messages, tracking application for each resident and board of management. We aim to provide the most financially transparent service.
